Army Painter - Speedpaint Mega Set 2.0

Recently, when painting more models in the 28-32mm scale for gaming, I almost always use Speedpaints from Army Painter. I don't paint the whole miniature with them, but usually only selected elements. So I decided to increase the amount of these paints in my workshop.

The amount of paints in this set is impressive. There is really a lot of it all. It's just a shame that the bottles are again packed in plastic molds. So much garbage right after unpacking...

Ilość farbek w tym zestawie robi wrażenie. Jest tego wszystkiego naprawdę dużo. Szkoda tylko, że ponownie buteleczki są zapakowane w plastikowe wypraski. Tyle śmieci od razu po rozpakowaniu...

Classically, we also find a standard Army Painter brush here...
Klasycznie znajdziemy tu również standardowy pędzelek do Army Painter...

And now the most important information. I didn't check it before and I thought that "Mega Set" would expand the number of colors that I already had from the "Most Wanted Set". In the end, however, it turned out that some of the colors are the same :) Below in the picture are the colors that "Mega Set" does not contain. These are 8 paints that you will not find in "Mega Set" and that were in "Most Wanted Set". I think this is quite important information.

I teraz najważniejsza informacja. W sumie nie sprawdziłem tego wcześniej i myślałem, że "Mega Set" rozszerzy ilość kolorów jaką posiadałem już z zestawu "Most Wanted Set". Ostatecznie okazało się jednak, że część kolorów jest taka sama :) Poniżej na zdjęciu znajdują się kolory, których "Mega Set" nie zawiera. Jest to 8 farbek, których nie znajdziecie w "Mega Set", a które były w "Most Wanted Set". Myślę, że to dość ważna informacja.

And now the basic question arises: is it worth buying the "Mega Set"? You have to answer that for yourself. I think that the "Most Wanted Set" is an absolute must if you want to use Speedpaint type paints. However, if you like these paints, I think that having a wider color palette is a great thing :)

I teraz nasuwa się podstawowe pytanie czy warto zakupić "Mega Set"? Na to musicie sobie odpowiedzieć już sami. Myślę, że "Most Wanted Set" jest absolutną podstawą jeśli chcecie używać farb typu Speedpaint. Natomiast jeśli polubiliście te farby to myślę, że posiadanie większej palety kolorów jest fajną sprawą :)
